  • 6:30-7:00 - Deep dive with guided journey and sound

  • 7:00-7:30 - Optional add on and final ketamine dose

  • 7:30-8:00 - Deep journey and come down

  • 8:00-8:30 - Light dance and celebration with deep meditation

  • 8:30-9:00 - Integration, Q&A sharing what happened
