THE BRAIN PHASE IS A 4 DAY A WEEK PHASE, WHICH CAN BE DONE EVERY WEEK. A ONE YEAR PROGRAM IS SUGGESTED FOR ANYONE WHO HAS A NEUROLOGICAL CONDITION. FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR GENRAL SUPPORT, THIS PROTOCOL CAN BE DONE 1-4 TIMES A MONTH SAFELY.
